Continuation of the KBTU, Supros|Yeta partnership and the participation of the ShallQar team in the Shell Eco-Marathon 2026
Cooperation between the Kazakh-British Technical University and industrial partners Supros | Yeta within the framework of the international engineering competitions Shell Eco-Marathon will continue in the new season of 2026. The project has been implemented for the third year in a row and confirms the sustainable nature of the partnership between the academic and industrial environment.
In the new season, the KBTU ShallQar student team will represent the university at the international competition stage in Doha (Qatar). Participation in Shell Eco-Marathon 2026 is considered as a logical continuation of the accumulated engineering experience, as well as as the next stage of the project development based on the analysis of previous results and consistent improvement of technical standards.
The continuation of the partnership allows us to focus not only on participation in competitions, but also on systematic work on the development of applied engineering competencies of students, the transfer of knowledge from theory to practice and the formation of professional engineering thinking. Within the framework of the project, Supros|Yeta companies continue to act as industrial partners and mentors supporting the development of future engineers and the introduction of a practice-oriented approach into the educational process.
The participation of the ShallQar team in the Shell Eco-Marathon 2026 season confirms the long-term nature of the project and its importance as a sustainable educational and engineering platform uniting the university, students and industrial partners around common professional goals.
